Three operating services, plus investor diligence.
Assess what you do not yet know, start directly with delivery when the work is already clear, or keep a good baseline from drifting. EdgeSignal is the separate investor route.
Three ways in, not three steps you have to buy in order. Where you start depends on what you already know.
- EdgeAssess Come here when nobody can say what the estate is Where does the estate actually stand? A scored assessment and a backlog in priority order, every finding citing evidence you can open.
- EdgeResolve Come here when you already know what needs building Fix what matters, as code. Infrastructure as code in your repository, reviewed in pull requests and applied behind an approval you gave. Greenfield work and clearly scoped delivery start here, not with a survey.
- EdgeAssure Come here when a baseline exists and has to hold Does it stay fixed? Drift, posture, backups, access and cost tracked over time, reviewed by an engineer each month.
and then assess again Re-checking catches new drift as the estate changes. EdgeAssure is optional, not a required next step.
EdgeAssess
Where the estate actually stands, scored against production practice across six pillars, with the material risks prioritised in business context — including what we could not check and why.
EdgeResolve
The work itself. Network, identity, logging, backups, pipelines and cost — implemented through code in your repository, reviewed in pull requests, applied behind an approval you gave.
EdgeAssure
Continuous assurance. Posture, drift, IaC coverage, backups, access and cost tracked over time, so a clean estate stays clean instead of quietly returning to how it was.
EdgeSignal
Infrastructure diligence before capital goes in, and a consistent infrastructure-risk view across a portfolio afterwards. Technical reality translated into investment language.
Assess, resolve, assure — and then assess again.
A live estate often enters at EdgeAssess; greenfield work and clearly scoped delivery can start at EdgeResolve. Re-checking later catches new drift as the estate changes.
Start with visibility and readiness
Continuous improvement and confidence
Direct, and scoped in writing before anything starts.
A triage call, a written scope and price within 24 hours, then work invoiced against agreed blocks. Nothing is priced on the call and nothing starts before the scope is signed. If procurement needs a questionnaire, security review or data-processing agreement first, say so early — the security page is written for it.
- Assessment, and what it costs you if you go ahead
- The EdgeAssess fee is credited against anything you book within 30 days, so finding out what needs doing costs nothing if you go on to do it.
- Ongoing assurance, and how you stop it
- EdgeAssure runs monthly, with a three-month minimum and a month’s notice to stop. There is no longer tie-in and no auto-renewing year.
- Delivery, and how it is sized
- EdgeResolve is scoped in blocks and reviewed at the end of each. As bridge capacity it is a named number of days a month, agreed up front — not an open-ended retainer. The smallest thing we take on is one bounded package; below that, a design review is the honest answer.
- A fixed deadline
- Put the immovable date in the enquiry. We test it against the scope and access needed, state the review windows and inputs it depends on, and either confirm a delivery date once access is confirmed or tell you the date is not credible.
- The floor on anything
- Nothing is priced on the call, and no delivery date is given before access is confirmed.
Answer a few questions and we will tell you.
Seven questions, about two minutes. You tell us where to send a copy, and the recommendation appears — the routed path, the reasoning, and the actions worth taking whether or not you ever speak to us, including the ones your own engineers could do without us.
Request a 20-minute triage call
Twenty minutes, no charge, with the engineer who would do the work. We work out what would actually help — which is sometimes us and sometimes not. Nothing is priced on the call; if there is work worth doing, a written scope and a price reach you within 24 hours.
